I’m asking because I continue to be blown away by what has become possible in my own life since bringing my inner compass back on line. My favorite part is all of the synchronicities! But I’m jumping ahead…

When I was a kid, I always wanted to help and serve. I knew part of my work here was to contribute my talents to make the world a better place.

Unfortunately, I received some harmful messages from people in my family and community as a young person that caused me to mistrust who I was. I started to believe there was something wrong and unlovable about me.

Despite what they tried to teach us about sticks and stones,

Words do hurt.

Sometimes the messages we were told earlier in life get stuck inside of us. We forget they came from someone else and we start to own them as ours and believe they are true. 

This is what I call identity harm. 

As I got older, I found myself really struggling with passion and purpose in my life. I constantly felt restless and exhausted from striving to find my right life path. I wanted to put my time and energy into work that felt meaningful and I wanted my life to matter, but I couldn’t get to a place of clarity around any of it.

This is such a common outcome of identity harm. I see so many compassionate leaders struggling with striving and confusion when they have internalized false messages about themselves.

We are all born with these amazing inner guidance systems - like an inner GPS or compass. When we receive negative messaging and then we believe them to be true, we impact the calibration of our inner compass. We now have conflicting “truths” inside and we struggle to get any sort of clear guidance because our compass can no longer determine our true north.

I said earlier I would have given anything for some clarity. Well, in reality, I did. I invested most of my time, energy and money over many years in therapists, counselors, coaches, healing retreats, training modalities, spiritual journeys, and transformational programs in an attempt to deprogram those negative messages that I took on and allowed into my psyche and identity.  

The truth is most people are letting these messages run their lives today because they don’t know how to deprogram them and get their inner compass back on line.

This is why I developed the Juicing To Clarity program. 

On my healing journey, I found that I could only get so far working with my mind alone. But when I began to pair the mind, body, and heart together, I experienced quantum healing leaps. 

Not to mention, it’s way more fun!!

At this point most people have heard about the physical benefits of a short juice cleanse, allowing the body to detox, rest, reset, and heal. I began taking my body through short nutrient-dense juice cleanses as a doorway to also cleanse, detox, reset, and heal old programming, emotions, beliefs, and thought patterns. I began to notice that the cleanse created stillness, silence, and spaciousness within. That stillness allowed me access to my inner compass. In the silence, I could hear my true north again and recalibrate my compass to it. And the spaciousness offered new possibilities than I had previously known.

Today, clarity is readily available to me. I know how to access my inner guidance and I can trust that it is calibrated to my deepest truth and not to any false messages I had internalized. This has helped me find my aligned path, bring many of my passions and skills together, and have the courage to SHINE my light in the world because I am no longer limited by old beliefs keeping me small.
